BRandon Smeltzer

Coach Brandon brings more than twenty-five years of experience in coaching and leadership development. A championship winning sports coach, Brandon can help you and your organization break through walls; functional, relational, or spiritual. He has a unique gift of seeing the big picture and knowing how to map the route forward. Brandon is a certified John Maxwell Team coach and communicator as well as the designer of the Undefeated Growth process. He and his wife have seven kids and are active servant-leaders at their local church.

Becky Stamps

Coach Becky is a sought-after speaker at women’s growth events and she regularly communicates growth principles to large audiences. Becky coaches parents, leaders, and ladies individually and in growth team settings. She is passionate about the simplicity and effectiveness of the Undefeated Growth process and loves watching clients take new ground. Becky has extensive experience mentoring women and young adults in her community and is active in serving her local church. She and her husband have two adult children.

STEVE ANTHONY

Coach Steve has over 30 years of sales and sales management experience. He has spent 25 years in the medical device sector, including stints with Fortune 500 companies. He has led and coached teams of highly motivated sales professionals, and he loves setting a goal for a team and helping that team achieve that common goal together. The teachings of Zig Ziglar, John Maxwell, and Dale Carnegie have inspired Steve in his leadership growth journey. Steve is passionate about helping men fervently embrace their roles as leaders and influencers in their homes. Steve and his wife have five fabulous sons, two beautiful daughters in love, and two of the most gorgeous granddaughters on the planet.

JIM BOB HAGGERTON

Coach Jim Bob has a doctorate in Chiropractic medicine and has spent the last 20 years focused on multi-site business ownership in health and wellness, fitness, real estate, and e-commerce fields. He is a natural entrepreneur and is passionate about teaching and coaching leaders in business and life. Jim Bob has been married to his wife Cindy for 20 years and has 6 children. One of his favorite life principles is, “If you’re not having fun you’re doing it wrong!”

Préçois Norcilus

Coach Préçois has nearly fifteen years experience in cross-cultural training, including a doctorate focused in global leadership and administration. Proficient in multiple languages, Préçois has experience developing leaders in settings ranging from West Africa to Central America. As a certified John Maxwell Coach, a chief passion for Préçois is the holistic transformation of Haiti through coaching and leadership development. He and his wife have 2 kids and actively service in their local church.

KRISTEN STOGDILL

Coach Kristen spent the last 15 years developing, equipping, and empowering young professionals. With a background in retail management and marketing, Kristen brings to Undefeated Growth a passion to see people and businesses thrive by enhancing team collaboration and communication. She is skilled in making authentic connections and helping people reach their goals both in their professional careers and personal lives. Kristen and her husband have two young boys.

Kenneth STOGDILL

Coach Kenneth is passionate about connection and asking purposeful questions. He works with executives, community leaders, and university students, helping them navigate life, faith, and career with clarity and intention. With a twenty-year career as a commercial real estate attorney, Kenneth has honed the ability to ask the right questions and provide wise counsel. He brings out the best in those he works with through mentorship and meaningful dialogue. Kenneth lives in Bedford with his wife and two young boys and is active in their church and community.

Isaac washington jr.

Coach Isaac has spent the past fifteen years leading and coaching in education and leadership development. He has worked with over thirty public schools, supporting teachers and students while focusing on closing the achievement gap. An author, speaker, and founder of an online science resource that inspires children to love learning, Isaac combines expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and educational technology to help individuals and teams translate learning into meaningful growth and results. He brings a practical, structured approach to creating engaging learning experiences and building strong, healthy teams.
