Our story

Coach Brandon Smeltzer was a sports coach at a local school in the early 2000’s. While his teams were winning on the field, many of the players were losing in areas that matter most. Disrespect to parents. Laziness. Grade issues. Internal tension. Authority issues. Selfishness. Despite constant motivational talks, the people were not changing. Coach Brandon got into education to help people, but something had to change.

The following season, he took a big risk and pioneered a simple and unique strategy to help his players move from talking about priorities to doing them. The winning on the field started to be overshadowed by parents who were seeing their young adults make significant strides in maturity. The process was born.

Amazed by the evident transformation in their players, parents began to ask Coach Brandon to utilize the process with leadership teams in their workspaces. Our process was impacting businesses, churches, schools, and homes in just a few short years. Undefeated Growth coaching was launched.

Seeing the vast need to help leaders leverage this simple growth process, Coach Brandon recruited and trained a team of diversely gifted leaders from different industries to deploy the Undefeated Growth process for a rapidly expanding client-partner community. The team is ready to help you realize growth in your leadership spaces.
