We proudly offer the Growth Retainer for leaders who wish to continue with their growth coaching after an initial season together.
The Growth Retainer is only available to leaders who have completed a six-month coaching process with an Undefeated Growth coach.
Through the Growth Retainer, you can build on your momentum through monthly coaching sessions with your Undefeated Growth coach. Continue the growth conversation together.
Perks of the Coaching Retainer:
One-year duration
Twelve coaching sessions for use as needed over a year
The Growth Retainer is only available to leaders who have completed a six-month coaching process with an Undefeated Growth coach.
Individual Leader Coaching Agreement
Undefeated Growth exists to help individuals and teams overcome limitations. Our unique growth process leverages action-driven accountability for clients. Undefeated Growth coaches are not licensed professional counselors, but are ready to connect clients to professional counselors if deemed necessary by clients and coaches.
Overview of Service:
Clients will regularly participate in meetings with the Undefeated Growth coach. Sessions are on a recurring day and time, in person or virtually. The client will work with the coach to secure a consistent meeting rhythm. A client can reschedule a meeting with 48 hours' notice. We ask that a client reschedule no more than 3 sessions during an agreement period.
Coaching for Student Leaders:
Undefeated Growth proudly provides expert coaching for young adults. In the Growth Retainer service, we provide monthly coaching sessions with an email parent “check-in” as a part of this agreement.
Payment:
Growth coaching is most effective through consistent meetings over an extended period. Therefore, Growth Retainer extends for TWELVE months.
Cancellation of Service:
The agreement guarantees the client regular meeting times with the coach. The client is responsible for payment for the entire duration, even if the client chooses to stop meeting with the coach before the agreement term ends. Per the agreement, the completed payment is due by the last day of the final month. In extreme circumstances, a block of meetings may be deferred to a later date by a written agreement between the client and the coach.
